The contents of one sachet (10 g) are dissolved in 200-300 ml of water and drunk immediately. Use 1 sachet per day approx. 30-60 minutes before training. During supplementation with creatine monohydrate it is important to consume adequate amounts of water to maximize hydration. After 8 weeks of regular creatine consumption, a break of 2-3 weeks is recommended.
