- Volume Phase / Muscle Mass Gain : Two scoops per 500 – 600 mL of water and take in small amounts during the routine.
- Transition & Recovery Phases : One scoop in 400 ml of water. Drink throughout training.
For endurance sports (1 – 2.5 h).
- Two (2) scoops for every 500 – 600 ml of water.
For ultra-endurance sports (>2.5 – 3 h).
- Three (3) scoops for every 600 – 700 ml of water.

- For 90-minute events or races : It is recommended to carry out carbohydrate loading (glycogen supercompensation) 3 days before the event. Consume two doses of three scoops of INTRACODE in 600 mL of water; one in the morning and one in the mid-afternoon. Remember that the carbohydrate load for this type of event is 7 – 10 g per kilogram of body weight per day.
