Recommended daily dose: Take 1 dose per day [ 6 0g ( 2 scoops)] .
Directions : To prepare 1 serving, add 60g (2 scoops) of the powder to 300-400mL of water and stir. Obtain the desired consistency and flavour by varying the amount of liquid used to taste.
