Take 2-4 g (approximately ½-1 scoop) with your preferred amount of water or pre-workout drink 20-30 minutes before training and again immediately after training. Storage and use conditions: Store in a cool place, away from light, moisture and excessive heat. Use before the expiry date stated on the packaging. Due to hygroscopic properties, clumping of the product may occur during storage, but this will not affect the quality of the product. Each bottle contains silica gel desiccant, which must be kept in the bottle to protect the powder. The silica gel desiccant is included in a separate sachet and should not be swallowed.
