Suggested Use
One Serving
- 3 capsules with 300 ml of water
Daily Intake

On Training Days
- 1 serving in the morning after waking up
- 1 serving 30 minutes before training OR immediately after training
On Non-Training Days
- 1 serving in the morning after waking up
- 1 serving between meals OR before bedtime
